Default Brian Sullivan for Sky Deutschland

Brian Sullivan who is the managing director of BSkyB's Customer Group will be handling Sky Deutschland after Mark Williams, Sky Deutschland CEO, leaves in March 2010.

Williams is leaving because of "personal issues."

Hmmmn, this is surprising. The reason is vague enough to include anything and everything!

Well, maybe Williams is not performing up to par. Sullivan is currently responsible for customer relations, sales, marketing and product strategies, so Sky Deutschland might benefit from his presence there.

According to reports, Sullivan will start working in Sky Deutschland by the 1st of January 2010, but will only take up full time duties in April.

Sky Deutschland is actually making loses, even as BSkyB is making huge profits here in the UK.

Yup, they have been losing in the recent years, which led to a recent rebranding that aligned them with Sky's European operations.

I think this is the one where Sue Johnston was telling people about her experience with the switchover, right?

Am not sure if he's the head, but he is VP for sports in Sky Italia.
