| Yeah, that's right. I remember thinking back then that Sky was playing dirty, and was relieved that people raised antitrust concerns against them. And frankly, if they lose money because of that tactic, then I would have to say... SERVES THEM RIGHT! |

| Well, that is one course. They could also go and appeal it further to the Supreme Court. But they have to act fast because there is a 28-day deadline for the appeal. |

| This could very well open the bids for the ITV shares held by Sky, and from what I heard, one of the most interested party is Channel Five. |

| I don't think Five would do ITV good. They are both in the same boat, rocky waters and all. I don't think Five could give ITV the funding it can get from Sky if worse comes to worst! |

| I agree. Five has problems of its own. They, like ITV, also had to cut jobs and cut their programming budgets. What's more both companies' stock prices have taken a plunge. |

| I don't think that Sky would have problems with selling the 10% shares it has to sell. For one, Sky has already adjusted its books for the lower ITV valuation. Besides, they stand to get around GBP225 million from the sale... |
